Started in the construction ind. at 14 years of age. Never know that I would be in the door ind. My first door job was with Mercer Ind., and that is when I started specializing in commercial doors, and hardware.

You need to know your products, and how they work best. Care about the project, and make sure that customers understands, and likes what you are providing.
