In 1996 this guy Ken of Sheldee put siding on my home, now 18 years later I had to tear off and replace expensive #1 grade cedar because he failed to install the siding correctly. All windows now have rotten wood under them all the way thru the exterior siding, down into the studs and plates. Why, in many places we found NO Tyvek at all, gaps around the windows were huge and filled with so much caulk, which leaked and all this damage was happening over the years since he installed it. This guy cost me a lot of money to fix his extremely poor work. Stay away! If he did work for you in the past, you better check what is happening behind that siding before it rots all the way into the house as it happened with me.
