Interstate Pest Management uses the latest integrated pest management techniques.
Most of the problem pests dwell in the landscape, not in the home. The generic name for these annoyances is “dooryard” pests. If these pests are effectively blocked from entering your home, there is little need for the application of pest management materials in the interior of the home. At Interstate Pest, our Eco-Science Program is designed to reduce the need for additional interior treatments after the initial service (if the problem is the control of a “dooryard” pest). Thus, eliminating any unnecessary chemical applications inside your home or business.
Interstate’s goal is to provide a pro-active pest control program that protects your staff and the community within your building. Through the use of targeted pesticide applications and Integrated Pest Management techniques we can resolve pest issues while being responsible stewards to the environment. Our Eco-Science program is serviced quarterly (every 3 months), some businesses prefer to use our monthly maintenance program, and any in-between calls are no additional charge.
Year Round Service? Many new customers often ask “Why do I need your service year round, especially in winter?” The Pacific Northwest is the perfect environment for some pests to remain active, even in our winter/rainy months. Our service is a year round program. Many new challenges arise in the cooler months, including rodent/pests invading our homes looking for shelter. Pests prefer warm, dry locations. We have developed programs and techniques specifically for use in the winter/rainy months.
We look forward to developing that specific program for YOU!
