What is your primary product or service?
Housecleaning specializing in move in/move outs, one time deep cleans, post remodel homes and monthly service. Also we do mobile auto detail services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As the owner of Grimefighters, I have always cleaned since I was little. I was known as the clean freak in my family and everyone knew Amy would clean it and get it done. So when I decided to start my own cleaning business it made perfect sense. I believe that if we as people find what we love to do and do it with all our hearts its not really work at all and it can be an enjoyable way of living.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I believe my work stands out because I am a woman of strong integrity and service that meets the customer's expectations and standards. I am a very anal, detailed oriented person and I treat each home as if it were my own and will go into great lengths to make the first impression very satisfactory
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are a small family owned and operated business with two employess at this time. I prefer it this way so the customers will always know who will perform the service in their home and it will always be done the right way.
